Multi-Cloud Salesforce Architecture

KNF Group

Designed and implemented Salesforce architecture spanning Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud with e-commerce integration and cross-functional BI data sync.

// the challenge

KNF Group needed a unified CRM architecture across multiple business units while integrating with their e-commerce platform. Data was siloed across departments and marketing channels, with no centralised reporting. Analytics sources like Google Ads, Matomo, and internal operational data sat in separate systems. Salesforce development lacked proper source control and CI/CD — metadata was deployed manually with no branch strategy.

// the solution

Architected a multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem connecting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Built custom API integrations with the e-commerce platform for real-time data sync. Created a centralised BI dashboard system connecting Google Ads, Matomo, and internal operational data through a data lake, providing leadership with unified cross-functional insights for strategic decision-making. Implemented Salesforce DevOps using SFDX and Hardis CLI with Azure DevOps for repository management, branch strategies, and automated deployment pipelines across sandbox and production environments.
