e.Go Mobile needed a complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) digital journey — from lead capture through to vehicle delivery and invoicing — across 10 European markets with fragmented systems. Dynamics 365 handled CRM, F&O managed finance and operations, and Penta ran production. Marketing data was scattered across Matomo, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and internal sources with no unified view. GDPR compliance varied by country.
Built the end-to-end O2C journey: Dynamics 365 for lead management and sales, F&O for order processing, finance, and invoicing, and Penta for production planning and vehicle build tracking. Deployed market-specific configurations across 10 European countries. Created a centralised BI dashboard system using Power BI, pulling data from Matomo (web analytics), Google Ads, Bing Ads, and internal operational data via Databricks as the data lakehouse layer. Implemented Customer Insights for unified customer profiles and GDPR-compliant consent management with automated lead nurturing via Power Automate.
