Glatt GmbH, a pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer, had no CRM system. Sales teams relied on spreadsheets and manual tracking for complex B2B sales cycles that could span months with multiple stakeholders.

Designed and built a complete CRM platform from scratch using Java and J2EE. Implemented custom business logic for multi-stage sales pipeline tracking, automated task assignment, customer history tracking, and reporting. Integrated with existing ERP for order fulfillment visibility.
